Why I built Crinva
Crinva came from a problem I was already trying to solve for myself.
Since 2024, I've applied to firefighter opportunities across Canada and experienced firsthand how much work goes into preparing for a competitive application. Finding the posting was only the beginning.
For each opportunity, I found myself repeating the same process: tracking deadlines, deciding which version of my resume made the most sense, researching the department, finding information about its leadership and values, writing a department-specific cover letter, gathering supporting documents, answering application questions, and then preparing extensively for the interview.
And the work didn't stop after submitting the application.
For interviews, I would build a research library from my resume, cover letter, previous interview transcripts, potential interview questions, annual reports, news articles, city information, and anything else that could help me understand the organization. I'd use AI tools to turn that information into study material, mock interviews, and specific points I could bring into the interview.
Afterward, I'd save the interview, debrief it, identify strong and weak answers, and keep the useful lessons for the next opportunity.
The problem wasn't a lack of tools.
It was that the tools didn't share context.
My resume was in one place. Job postings were somewhere else. Research was in another tool. Interview notes were in documents. Supporting documents were buried in folders. Every new application meant rebuilding the same context again.
So I built Crinva.

What is Crinva?

Who is it for?
Job seekers who want to do more than fire off applications — from new graduates to experienced professionals. If you want each application and interview prepared deliberately, Crinva keeps the work organized and reusable.
What does the Free plan include?
The full career workspace — profile, resume profiles, manual job tracking, and organization research — with limited lifetime AI usage. The exact allowances are listed in the pricing section above.
What is the difference between Plus and Pro?
Both are paid plans with substantially higher AI allowances. Crinva Pro carries the highest AI allowances plus unlimited manual jobs and resume profiles. See the pricing section above for the exact limits.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Crinva Plus and Pro are both available on annual billing — $192/year for Plus and $480/year for Pro, which is 20% off the monthly rate. You're charged once per year, and your features and monthly AI allowances are exactly the same as with monthly billing.
Can I manually organize jobs without using AI?
Yes. You can manually create job postings and track applications through your pipeline without using any AI at all.
Does Crinva invent information for my resume or application?
No. Generated materials are grounded in your verified profile data and the actual job posting. When something can't be verified, Crinva marks it for your review instead of guessing.
Can I cancel a paid plan?
Yes — you can manage or cancel your subscription yourself from Settings → Membership (Manage subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep your paid features until then. After that, your account automatically returns to the Free plan with all of your data intact.
